The new service center for Chelan County Public Utility District was specifically designed to match its surrounding environment. This 21-acre service center creates an easily accessible stop for customers, complete with operation and administration departments, a large parking lot, and interactive displays. Due to updated technology and workstation placement, crews have reduced response times and increased efficiency.
Not only does this building make a positive impact on the community relying on Chelan PUD, this project supports local jobs and exceeds the county's code for efficiency by 40%.
