How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. You may check the shipping cost during checkout or contact us. We take it into our hands to choose the best shipping option for your specific order. Each order is packaged with care to ensure it arrives in the condition it was fabricated.
Where do you ship?
We ship (nearly) everywhere in the world. Automatic shipping costs are calculated in your cart for destinations within the USA. Please contact us for a shipping quote on international orders, we're happy to help!
How long does shipping take?
We understand you’re eagerly awaiting your order, and do our best to ship as fast as possible. We typically perfect your order and ship within 24 hours (or 1 business day); however, our strict quality control procedures take precedence over quicker shipping. Please note, orders combining BOTH ready-to-ship products and custom products ship when ALL items in the order are ready for shipment. Shipping can take anywhere from 5 to 7 business days once your products are manufactured.
Do you cover damage incurred from transportation?
Please inspect your items promptly upon delivery. For items damaged during transit, please reach out to our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving the damaged product, and we will arrange a solution for you.
